The first question that pops into most people’s minds when they hear about our book is “How did you come up with that idea?” Well, When Did You Know… He Was Not The One? was conceived by two sisters twelve years ago; while Judy Bolton was contemplating a divorce and Wendy Bolton Floyd was planning a wedding.

Judy, was somewhat skeptical about the concept of marriage, and began asking other married women about their thoughts and opinions on the topic. Most of the women she spoke with were dissatisfied in their marriages or dating relationships. Most of the women were able to pinpoint exactly when they realized they were not with their soul mates. And quite frankly, many knew that their relationships would never work, and so they began to develop strategies to get out of their broken relationships in an effort to protect themselves emotionally.

The point is, all of us have experienced a bad relationship. We all know what we are willing to put up with and this tolerance level differs from one woman to the next, because of their backgrounds and past experiences. We thought that it would be interesting to hear these types of stories and share them with you. It is our goal that you will become enlightened, inspired and empowered, in your relationship, as you read through every page in this book.
