Judy is a Columbia University graduate, with a background in clinical psychotherapy and she has provided counseling for over 25 years. Her specialty is in family and marital issues and she puts her skills to use in this book by using her clinical expertise, in addition to her warm demeanor to provide a safe and reassuring environment to the participants.
Judy has appeared in numerous newspapers and has appeared on television and radio programs including; CBS News, Montel Williams, Newsday and many others. Judy has disaster and trauma training and has provided counseling to the families of September 11th victims, and the families of American Airlines flight 587 plane crash. She is also the founder of Dreams For A Day, an organization which makes dreams come true for terminally ill adults. She has been happily divorced for over six years and is a proud mom to two very handsome sons Christopher and Jordan. They currently reside in Long Island, New York. |
